Vic: Citylink boss can t say when tunnel will reopen = 2

Mr Edwards said the community needed to realise that some degree of leaking was inevitable
in such tunnels.

"Everybody that knows anything about these tunnels recognises that leaks will occur
in the future and we will have to address those leaks as they occur," he said.

"This is not a safety issue. This is not a cause for concern every time there is a leak."
