NSW: Residents to decide state government priorities, says Iemma

Thousands of people around NSW will be selected to advise the state government on what
its top priority should be for the next decade.

Premier MORRIS IEMMA has released a draft plan to guide government policy making and priorities.

Goals will be set including reducing violent crime .. getting more students to complete
Year 12 .. improving public transport and health services .. and boosting business investment.

Mr IEMMA says it gives people the chance to shape the way they live their lives.

Anyone can comment on the draft plan by going to the NSW government website.
