NSW: Rees says he's staying, Keneally says she doesn't want it

New South Wales Planning Minister KRISTINA KENEALLY has arrived back in Sydney after
a holiday in the US and immediately denied rumours she's in line to become the state's
first female premier.

Ms KENEALLY's denied holding talks with right faction powerbrokers EDDIE OBEID and
JOE TRIPODI about becoming premier.

She says she has no leadership aspirations nor has she cut short her ten-day trip to
Ohio to come back ahead of a leadership spill.

Ms KENEALLY says any speculation that someone other than NATHAN REES is going to be
premier of New South Wales is a product of an overactive imagination.
